Mr. Hickey is a true life saver!! He represented me for a PC 148 (Obstruction of justice charge/ resisting arrest.) When my case was filed I was devastated, at the time I was currently waiting on bar results and knew that a misdemeanor conviction of this type of crime would be hugely detrimental to being admitted to the State Bar. Mr. Hickey assured me throughout the entire process that he would get me the best possible outcome. Mr. Hickey was there for me through the entire process in which he and his Office Manager Kathie gave me updates after each court appearance. In the end I chose the right attorney for representation. Mr. Hickey after hours of negotiations was able to get my case DISMISSED!!!! I without hesitation would recommend Mr. Hickey to any of my family members if they were faced with criminal charges. His experience and reputation within the Courts is unmatched!! Hire Mr. Hickey and you will not be disappointed!!

Robert Hickey is the worst lawyer out there. In the beginning, before I paid him, he made himself available for consultation and always returned my phone calls. As soon as I retained him for my legal needs, he was hard to get a hold of and his secretary always told me he was out of the office. When it came time for my DMV hearing, he had forgot to request evidence and wasn't ready to proceed with the hearing. He stated to me that he was ready and he continued to proceed with the hearing. Of course he lost the hearing because he the main evidence wasn't brought by him. He never made himself available to review my case and work on strategies. His secretary was to busy telling other clients he was in court when Robert is in his office trying to collet money from the new clients. I suggest you hire any other attorney to handle you case. Robert will take your money and lose your case and never call or return your calls. AS LONG AS HE HAS YOUR MONEY, HE DOES NOT CARE WHAT HOW YOUR CASE ENDS

I hired Mr. Hickey to help me with a little trouble I was in. He explained the process to me, what my options were, and guided me through the whole mess. I relieved a lot of my fears. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Hickey to anyone who wants a highly skilled, very friendly attorney.

I was very impressed with the way Mr. Hickey handled our case. He was very knowledgable about the issues with our case. Very professional and since our case involved a teenager Mr. Hickey was amazing with taking care of the reprecussions of the teenagers lack of responsibility. Would recommend him to anyone.

I spoke to a few attorney’s before Mr. Hickey and when it came down to it I felt he was the most knowledgeable not to mention I just felt real comfortable talking to him he was honest and fought hard to win my case.
By the way he had to go back to court plenty of times for me on won the case for me. He worked very hard on this case and didn’t give up the fight for me. Thank you Mr Hickey
