Just like the others said here this guy is very dishonest and doesn’t do anything. He’ll tell you a price and not put it in writing then tell you he wants more money for doing extra work, which he did no work to begin with. I had to switch lawyers because he did nothing for me and is a waste of time and space. He never even spoke to me or emailed me, his nasty assistant or whoever called did. These people are terrible and should if you want to get ripped off and possibly lose your deal, then hire them. The real estate company they are attached to (Fillmore) is just as bad of crooks and liars as they are. Stay away from anyone in that building.

Michael S. Reinhardt's Law Firm is highly recommended. This firm helped me during my process of buying and selling. The staff is extremely helpful & assisted me through this hard process. Mr. Reinhardt's office also gave me a free copy of a buying and sellers guide which brought great ease. The associate attorney Abbe is also a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend using this Law Firm you will not be disappointed!

Do not use this lawyer. I did not get his fee in writing and so he increased my fee (almost doubled) at closing. He's a very dishonest person.

I wish I would have read the above reviews prior to hiring this attorney. He also quoted me $950 but charged $1280 stating that it took extra time to arrange for the final closing costs to be emailed before closing. We needed to take out a certified check from the bank so obvisouly needed the amount before doing so. Jon, his associate blamed the bank's attorney for not having the figures but when I called the bank's attorney, his assistant emailed me the whole figure breakdown in 5 minutes. So we were charged over $300 extra for something that took 5 minutes for me to do myself. It is actually illegal to charge a client for work that the attorney was not doing correctly. So DO NOT hire this lawyer. In addition earlier in the process, they could not find the contract (for days mind you) that the seller's attorney faxed over to them. Only hire this lawyer if you want to be charged extra at the closing for work you did yourself. And expect disorganization and mistakes.

i had a horrible experince with Jon kosches and am presently looking for a different atty to represent the closing of property i am selling. when i questioned a contract he sent me for signature, he said if i wanted a perfectly typed document i should look for a law firm in manhattan, not brooklyn and my house was not a 10 million dollar house. i am not making this up. i don't beleive this firm represents anyone but themselves and the making of a quick buck

The law offices of Michael S. Reinhardt on 2990 Avenue U in Brooklyn, NY is untrustworthy. Michael S. Reinhardt quoted me $950 for closing on a condo, but at closing, his fee raised to $1500. He tried to justify the increase stating that they helped waive the transfer taxes and the sponsor’s attorney fees, but I was the one who negotiated with the seller and got these fees waived. Thus, I strongly do not recommend Michael S. Reinhardt or his associate, Jon Kosches, to be your lawyer as his fee will increase unexpectedly at the end.
