Philip Riegel betrayed my case. I paid him for completely confidential consulting about a certain lawyer who was violating LASC Rules of Professional Conduct and Rules. In turn, Philip Riegel violated Ethics by disclosing that confidential information to the same attorney that was discussed! I have filed a case with the LADB complete with an audio recording of Philip Riegel's admission to the violation.
