Serious misconduct. Misdirected client into not settling in a MAJOR trial to the point that the case was a total loss. This guy is NOT a perfect record as he claims. Refused to even talk to the client after the parties were informed of the results. Plus he is further misconducting the client not to appeal and that it be a expensive process. Donald Kennedy of surrey is a lawyer that will sound like a professional results, but HAS just lost a case due to his misconduct, and further showing non perfessional conduct to his client. Donald Kennedy of surrey is not recommended and has at least 1 loss (or more) with ICBC hearings. Don't just hear the lawyer...do some research!!!
