Make sure everything they say their going to do is in writing.because when it comes down to it its your word against theirs. I was told on three different occasions,we will call you tomorrow. Seems to be the line. Very unhappy I was lied to and it cost precious time which in return costs me thousands of dollars due to the gross incompetence of an associates. Beware!!!!
