I would have been better off representing myself as oppossed to hiring him. He will tell you what you want to hear, promise you the world, and then fail to deliver. If you hire joel dresbold as your attorney you will be guarenteed of one thing: disappointment.

I am so thankful for Joel Dresbold and the time and dedication he and his son Lyle provided my family. I havea never had a need for criminal defense attorney before but when my daughter was accused of stealing we knew we had to find a lawyer. Joel listened to us did an investigation, prepared for trial, went to trial, and won. The whole time he stayed in contact, answered all of my questions, and did so honestly and thoroughly. Best of all his prices were lower than others we called. I whole heartedly recommend Joel for any criminal case!

**Joel Dresbold contacted me on legalmatch.com offering to take my case for a minimal fee. He made sure he got my money first and then showed no interest in the case. My experience with this attorney was absolutely horrible! He spent no time preparing for my case. He showed up to my hearing and asked me what the issue was 10 minutes prior to the hearing! He tried to take notes, but 10 minutes was not enough time to grasp what the problem was and as a result, he had no idea of how to proceed and I lost my case. This guy was rude and arrogant and acted like he did me a favor by taking my case! I told him I wanted to appeal the decision and he said I could not, which was a lie! I do not recommend him at all and urge potential clients to beware. He charges far below other attorneys because he's a below average attorney in my experience. He put forth no effort to win my case and I did not get what I paid for.
