First of all thank you lawyerratings for allowing honest open reviews. Experience with BLG was a disaster. I cant believe she has not been disbarred.The public should be informed. avvo will not post honest reviews from clients. They are reviewed and not posted. That in itself is a scam! At least she was finally charged with misconduct from the fl bar and is no longer a board certified family lawyer.

Only thing accomplished was getting divorced. Not easy to contact, waited nearly 2 weeks at times for a return call. Was not prepared . Board Certified on air commercial,"of the nearly 90,000 lawyers in Florida, less than 300 have passed the rigorous certification for martial and family law" I hired a board cert Christian Attorney. Disappointment all around.

Unresponsive and unavailable always and staff was rude and did not accomplish anything on my case but she over charged me

Stacy Beaulieu along with her prestigious resume is a lawyer with a heart. She won what I was told was an unwinnable case by my previous lawyer.She & her team did an amazing job! If you want a lawyer that has a heart along knowledge of the law.She will fight for you!

This attorney needs to be reported to the Bar Association. Everything the other 2 people have posted happened to me also. OVERBILLED is definitely an understatement. Thought she was on my side, but she was on my limited money's side. Never took responsibility for her mistakes with too many to list and it was never her fault. Found out later that Board Certified is not really worth anything in the law field as it is in the medical field. (Yet another gimmick to make you think she is stellar.) She is very sweet and came off as caring and knowledgeable during the first free consultation but then everything fell apart. She was never available when called. When questioned about mistakes she was arrogant and hostile. If you don't pay right away, you are threatened to be dumped like a hot potato; great Christian indeed. All the mistakes made by her and staff, and the LIES she told, all cost me not only money but also a terrible settlement. TAKE THESE REVIEWS VERY SERIOUSLY AND BE CAREFUL!

To sum up my experience in one word Disaster. Every time she made a mistake it was "the other lawyers fault, the judges fault, it was even the Judges Assistants fault, and she misinformed me told me I did not need to update the file- The list goes on. Frankly, I did not hire THEM, I hired her, a board certified family lawyer. Did not keep me informed, did not return calls in a timely matter. Areas in which I emailed her on regarding her errors, she would only respond" we already talked about that" Which was never the case. OVERBILLED in an understatement. The fact that the firm advertises under the guise of CHRISTAIN Family lawyer, hurts my heart having the experience I had. Proverbs 16:18 Pride goes before destruction.

totally incompetent...tells the client what they want to hear, not the law...never returns a phone call...never informs the client of what is going on in the case...never explains what to expect at court...made the awful experience of litigation even more awful and scary...I felt like I was on my own...she did not fight for me...ignored the opposing council (which resulted in sanctions ordered by the judge)...overbilled
