This lawyer was appointed to my daughter for a CPS case regarding the use of marijuana and CPS stated that they would be drug testing my daughter and Tara Kersh stated to my daughter not to drink alcohol, meth, heroin, and stated to my daughter that she could smoke as much marijuana she wanted. This lawyer should be disbarred, furthermore she stated to my daughter that she is controlling the court room and it is up to her on whether or not my daughter is allowed to return home. She stated that the judge has no control over any of the situation. DO NOT hire this idiot...

moer of a secretary than an attorney. only holds your hand as cps violates your constitutional rights. very weak court room presence,intimidated by other attorneys
