Excellent lawyer with a no nonsense attitude that will fight for your rights. She commands a very strong courtroom presence and does not back down from a fight. Very strong willed which will work in your favor when dealing in the court of law.

I hired Deborah Burke for my brother who was facing 10 years in prison he had a 300,000 bond. It's not that she rude she just has a strong personality, but that's a good thing when she fighting for you in court. I love her!! She saved my family life! She knows what she doing and will tell you how it is she will not sugar coat it for you and believe me that's what you want. My brother got locked up with 3 other men, all the other men got 10 years in prison and Deborah got my brother 10 years probation!!! Remember people only rate when they are pissed off. She been doing this for 25 plus years and if she only has 3 bad rating then she doing a great job. You won't regret hiring her. -Faith

She's very rude and ugly does not no how to speak to her clients has no respect very lazy at her job makes promises that she can't keep just says what u want to hear doesn't do her visits they way she has to never returns calls and when she does it's just about money not a good lawyer at all

SPent over 30k for child custody case and was over charged and lied too. Deborah said files were turned into court and when I called the court secretary sted nothing has been filed on my case, took 2 years to handle a seemingly reasonable case. She drug her feet, refused to answer questions put off court dates, charged for every fax or phone call even when she refused to return calls, promised to discuss every charge over $100 after 8k retainer needless to say I assumed that 8k held her over for a while since I didnt recieve a bill....until I recievd a 14k bill and actually ended up in worse position than I began. I had to get Texas bar assoc involved when she refused to return all my documents to me!
