I retained this lawyer several years back. It was a speculative case at best, and he was honest enough to inform me of that. This man returned every single phone call I made to him, took time to talk and explain the case, and kept me updated with it's status. As I said, it was very iffy on the State's case law, but boy he did a lot of research and put a lot of money and time into it. We did win, not as much as we hoped for but we prevailed. Five years later I was able to see the case on line and saw how hard he fought on my behalf. He's incredible. He's very very nice to his clients and knows the legal system inside and out as most of his family are all attorneys. Now whenever something comes up, I call him. He answers my questions, remembers who I am, and sends a beautiful magnetic calender in a Holiday Card every Christmas. If you ever read this Joe, I thank you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY AND THE FIRM HE'S A PARTNER IN.
