Do not hire this guy, he is around 90 years old cannot hear the Judge. He forgot how many kids i had. Very temperamental, was cursing at me and keep saying " Go find another ****ing lawyer". Very unprofessional... Would tell me your not going to get Joint custody even though it is now the default in NV (AB:263) and that i should settle, He is stuck in the past on issues of custody. He did not do any written retainer agreement and when you ask for your money back (Or the remainder of the retainer) he will all of a sudden come up from $150 an hour to $250 an hour and will come up with trump charges. You will also be doing most of the work yourself.... If you hire him you will likely be sorry as i was

Mr. Anter does not do any of the work. His secretary who I'm not even sure if she has a law degree does the work. The day before my custody hearing, the judge still hadn't received any of my notes to plead my case. Who knows if he even received anything. At any rate, the case was a disaster. I have no criminal record and have never even been pulled over for a speeding ticket, yet I only get 3-4 hours per week SUPERVISED visitation. Way to go!! What a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor, and avoid the Anter law firm.
