Seth is the worse lawyer in the county. He Never return phone calls, Never visits the inmate, and he Never notify anyone about court dates. He is never prepared in court and his apperence is unprofessional. He came to court with chewing tobacco in his mouth in front of the judge. How can anyone take this lawyer serious? Basically he has my loved one in jail without a bond?? I need to call to the state bar to get his license revoked, if anyone is interested please reach out to me, so we can get Seth Lackey away from the court system.

Seth Lackey is a very uncommon type of attorney, he has a work ethic. He is a very understanding and compassionate individual who takes his time with the family. He is prepared and on time as well. I see a wonderful man who cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone.

The only thing I can rate is this man has had my brothers file since the second week in November 2014, I have called him almost daily multiple times and have not gotten any replies or responses. As far as Knowledge, Tenacity, Work Quality and Value I can not rate him. But getting any return communication is impossible up to this point. It is December 1st 2014 now, court date is scheduled for Dec 4th and still have not heard a word about his defense. I am told PD could have contacted the prosecutors office and had the bond lowered already among other things. To date nothing has been done yet. My brother has no prior record and has been a law abiding citizen for 51 years of his life until now. Innocent until proven guilty seems not to apply here because he is incarcerated with only the word of a detective and statements from the plaintiff and himself. Why he is being held in a correctional facility is not understood by me. my family questions go unanswered because no communication.
