I hired Ms. Alper to handle a situation I have gotten into regarding an internet marketing company. The marketing company promised to provided internet support to get my website ranked within 30 days. Many months later, I contacted the company and asked why I was not getting the results they promised. They told me I had to pay them an additional $1000 monthly fee. I told them to cancel my contract for the internet service because they were not providing what they promised and they refused. Ms. Alper was able to get the contract cancelled in less than a week! Her professionalism and work ethic were exceptional. Thank you!

I retained Anne Alper in a case of parental alienation conducted against me in an obvious attempt to collect more child support. In the initial meeting, a fee along with a time period in which the report was ordered to be done was verbally discussed. As time progressed, and emails, calls, banter, and no movement in the case was becomming apparent, (purposely I feel) for double the discussed time. The agreed upon figure almost did as well. In addition to the "cookie cutter" treatment of the case, and the verbal and email tongue lashings I got from her telling me how I should conduct myself with my daughter and exwife. It actually took an act of my new wife to get to the bottom of the "parent alienation for $'s ploy". When all was settled, I was sued by Alper for not agreeing to pay the blown up fee. In the court of the Honorable Judge Laura M. Watson, we defended OURSELVES and received a verdict in our favor. GET A CONTRACT! Something that benefits client & counsel!
