Like most of people said, please stay away from her. She is highly unprofessional and will not respond you. She is working on my case for last three years and I always get RFE. Once she gets her money, she does not care at all. A very pathetic experience with her

This is a first hand experience of using Samira for filing my EB1A papers. I spoke to 4-5 firms before making the decision to hire her. I made the decision purely on my gut feel although I had read the negative reviews! I agree with most users that there were periods of lack of communication that were very frustrating. Other than that she did a great job of drafting recommendation letters and showcasing my work. I filed my application in Dec 2016 and got approved in 7 days (no RFE or any other issues). As others have said, if you can stay calm and let her do her work, it is worth it. It worked me. Hope this review helps.

She spoiled my case and lied to me several times. She is dishonest and stops responding to you after getting her money. She will come up with a lot of excuses, like "Oh, I did not see your texts", "My phone hanged", "I thought I responded to your email", and many others. She drags the case to buy time and gives a lot of excuses.

I hired Samira Nichols in Oct. 2013 to file my EB1-A.I appreciate her integrity and commitment, and moreover, the passion she exudes for her work.
Samira has extensive experience both as a Vanderbilt immigration attorney, and in private practice, which gives her a thorough understanding of the entire immigration process. I gave docs per her checklist by the end of Dec. 2013. She wrote all the testimonial letters and after a cycle of reviews, I140 was filed In Feb 2014, got approval in 5 days, No RFE.
Working with Samira was very smooth and one point I noticed, probably I was too much eager to get my green card, it looked like Samira seemed to too busy, so it took a while to get response in some cases, but any concern raised was addressed in a timely manner. What else need to be said, by working with Samira for four months, I got my application ready, and in 5 days my I-140 was approved. This is the best evidence of what you can get when you work with Samira.

She has absolutely no work ethic. You will have to be constantly on her tails to get any work done. She is very responsive till you sign the contract. As soon as the contract is signed, she will ignore you and not return your calls. Avoid her like the plague. If you do hire her, prepare for months, if not years of frustration. Her paralegal is another irritant in dealing with her. The only thing he does efficiently is lying through his ears. Overall, I had a terrible experience with her law firm and will never recommend her to anyone.

absolute rip off. She is a lair and money eater. She will not do any of your work and still will not return your money. I am telling from personal experience. Initially (till you sign the contract) she is very nice. Once you start paying she will not reply to your phones and emails, neither will she do any work. I am waiting since last 3 months to apply for my GC and till now she did not even do a single piece of work. Unless you have thousands of dollars to put in bin, and have 20 years to apply for gc, AVOID HER.

If you can just run away from this lawyer. She will only communicate with you until you sign the contract. After she locked you in she will ignore your emails and will not pick your calls. We paid lot of money but she didn't start our work for 4 months and now she ignores our calls and emails. If you can then stay away from her.
