Stay away from this guy. Once he collects your money, you'll never talk to him again. He doesn't return phone calls and does NOT care about his clients. Unfortunately, I had him as an attorney representing me on a small traffic violation; after stating to me that he had taken care of my situation, I had a policeman show up at my door, I was arrested and thrown in jail. When I called his office to tell him what had happened, he never even called back. He is very dangerous to have as your attorney for ANYTHING. And if you think it's easy to sue an attorney after he commits professional negligence, you are in for a BIG surprise. It is almost impossible to sue and attroney - no matter what he does. It is very difficult to find another attorney to file suit, and you'll need a legal expert to testify...not at all easy to do, even if you have a great case. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY - HE IS TERRIBLE! Incompetent, unresponsive and a joke...He is a black eye to the profession.
