Mr. Demps is not prompt in returning information as promise. The data is incomplete. Attendance was poor and not on time. After leaving numerous messages on his voice mail, he was weeks late in returning calls which were URGENT regarding response time for Motions with deadlines, as well as appeals due to the late response. Totally unprofessional and inconsistency in all communications, deadlines, quality of work.
