Outstanding written work product. However, when push came to shove and I needed her to aggresively fight on my behalf she became disinterested / disengaged / ineffective. I suspect that my case was small potatoes for her and that is why she stopped caring. If my suspicions are correct - she shouldn't have taken my case in the first place.
