My consultation was great and I was excited about having her represent me. Unfortunately, when I received invoices, her billable hours did not match the work done. It was very inflated in my opinion. When I confronted her about it, she became very nasty and said "Thats how it works. If you dont want me to represent you, then we will end it here". I agreed and asked if we do, are you going to still charge me. She said she would not and we would go our separate ways. Guess what I got in the mail 2 weeks later? I do not feel she was professional at all. I also feel being a male I did not get equal treatment to a female who recommended her to me.

My divorce was extremely nasty, and most important was the battle over my infant daughter. Lorraine was also available to speak with, very knowledgeable in all aspects of the court system, family law, what to expect, etc. I probably could not have survived without her expertise. My ex actually referred her to his best friend, once the divorce was final.

Poor quality. More interested in dealing with other cases besides mine. Distracted throughout my case. Never sent a statement of what was owed until the case was over. Overbilled me. Incompetent. Had to ask other lawyers to assist me in the case.
