5/27/14   1     1     1     1     1   I have called Mr. Waldman to request the agency he hired, Global Credit & Collections Inc. have the wrong person. I receive multiple unwanted calls directly to me for the purpose to collect a bill that is not mine to own. They continue to gain pleasure by threatening continued harrassment. I have requested numerous times for Mr. Howard L Waldman to call me directly. If anyone may be looking for him, his office contact details are below. Office: 905-881-3116 Email: hlw@waldmanlawoffice.com or hwaldman@waldmanlawoffice.com RID: 137431
1/17/14   1     1     1     1     1   It is highly unprofessional to act on behalf of a collection agency by sending a letter saying ***Govern yourself accordingly*** sign the letter and threaten further action for an amount under $500 that was in dispute with a Rogers bill. Most letters say without prejudice. Is this a new way to try and get people to pay a disputed bill? The law should change in Ontario and debt collectors should be barred from this type of behaviour that is meant to be used as a last resort by going to court. RID: 130607
12/26/09   2     1     1     1     1   Asked for specific quote to have a real estate transaction completed. Final bill was almost three times amount quoted - deducted from real estate proceeds (no chance to dispute). There were some slight complications with the transaction, however nothing close to justifying the higher price without discussion. Tried to resolve billing dispute, however Howard would not budge on over-charged amount. RID: 25540
