John never shared the discovery information with me. Neglected to share with me any documents he filed on my behalf. I was charged with speeding and reckless driving, which is double jeopardy. He attempted to introduce evidence which was not presented to the DA in advance. He tried to make a deal with the DA for jail time without discussing it with me first. The day before trial he asked me for evidence provided previously. He filed a motion 1 hour before the start of court which angered the judge. He argued with the judge which angered the judge more. He blamed me for not winning because I wouldn't give him an additional 5 to 10K for an expert witness for evidence that was irrelevant in my case. I had to pay for another attorney citing ineffective assistance of counsel?.
