One of the most dishonest so called professional . Filing motions that were not approved by myself and were completely false in some cases. Very questionable practices and she was my attorney! I would not hire this train wreck !

Ms. Jourdan helped us tremendously with a sensitive matter. She was very professional and kind. She did not give us any false hope, but shot it straight! I appreciate her diligence in getting the job done.

Carrie Jourdan was recommended to me by several individuals and other Attorneys, who had retained her, or worked with her. Those people who spoke so highly of her, had known her from ten years to twenty years. I retained Ms. Jourdan for three separate matters over a six year period from family law to estate planning. I found Ms. Jourdan and her staff to be responsive, professional and very knowledgeable of many different areas of the law. She and her staff were always expedient in their replies to my inquiries, and appointment requests. I was extremely pleased with the results of all matters she handled for me, to the extent that I have recommended her to others who have thanked me for the referral. She was an honest straight shooter and didn’t give me the glossy version just because I wanted to hear it. I appreciate and respect someone who respects me enough to do that even when it’s tough to hear. I am privileged to now call her a friend and can’t speak highly enough of her.

She neglected to do what was promised as our attorney when we hired her. She did not take our case serious, she was rarely available for communication. When she was, it was via text message only. She misrepresented herself and is now withholding of funds owed to us as promised.
Based off of AVVO.com: Carrie Jourdan has already been disciplined by a state licensing authority for misconduct. She had a public reprimand issued in MS.

I would never recommend this lawyer for anyone to use ever. She is the hardest person to talk to and I hired her for a custody matter in 2010 and over three years later I still have not had my day in court. She is the most unreliable attorney that I have ever dealt with.
