Represented my ex's mistress in her divorce while she was my attorney. Didn't tell me about possible conflict of interest. Didn't even attempt to negotiate child support issues in my favor. Supervising attorney found major problems in documents she prepared. Her firm refused to provide copies of statements when asked for. Filed complaint with NC Bar; complaint investigated. Have documentation for my grievances including letter from her confirming representation of "other women" while acting as my attorney. Because of Ms Nuttall, my divorce was finalized without custody issues being resolved. I have documentation to prove the truth. Do not trust this attorney - at best she is inexperienced and incompetent.
