Linda Connors is clearly biased towards the parents in the dependency and neglect cases. Connors worked as the attorney for Social Services for 20 years until she was promoted to her current position as a magistrate. Connors is still protecting Social services to this day. I had raised the issues that no investigation had ever been conducted ad well as the Social workers not being licensed or certified correctly. Connors did not care a bit. She rules in the best interest of herself which happens to include the CASA workers that she helped get started as well as her friends that she appoints to represent you. The GAL she appoints is there to help smooth the way for the state. She needs to be removed for her crimes against innocent families. She is corrupt to the core. She allows false affidavits to be submitted to the court which is fraud. She needs to be investigated to see how much damage she has caused.

Linda Connors has her own agenda. She has been handling our child custody case. We have found this Judge to act as if she was the lawyer working for the opposing party. She has made decision based on her FEELINGS not on evidence. She was uninterested in seeing any evidence and even went as far as forcing an one none resident grandparent to pay for another grandparents traveling expenses with no accountability for those funds, without looking at financial disclosures that very clearly show I was not responsible for travel expenses.This case has been dragged on by her lake of doing her do diligence to look at evidence. Shame on you Jude Conners, you are a disgrace to larimer county court. Where is the accountability for this woman?

A judge should respect and comply with the law and should conduct himself or herself at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary. B. A judge should not allow family, social, or other relationships to influence the judge's judicial conduct or judgment. This judge does not follow the code of ethics and does not listen to facts, she makes biased rulings even with out any evidence.

How is this women still there? Who wants to sue?? She is obviously ruined countless lives with her biased and vicious behavior. Running children and families is ruining our future. She obviously works in cohertz with DHS who often fabricates information As well as target low-income families that cannot properly represent themselves. We need reform not only in DHS but in our so-called judicial system. Linda is a disgrace not just to the judicial system but to humanity.

I wrote a statement over a year ago, and somehow it was deleted. This magistrate is highly unprofessional and orders things not brought before the court. She also refuses to give the parties the time of day and refuses to read the court order to be able to comprehend the issue at hand brought before the court. Larimer county has failed me once again.

If there was an option for a zero rating it would be that. As others have stated she pays no attention to testimonies and acts better than others. Intertwines court cases that have absolutely nothing to do with one another and refuses to listen to clear concerns for others

Magistrate Connors may be the worst judge I have encountered in my decades of practice. Of all the attributes of a good judge (patience, knowledge, demeanor, courtesy, analytical skills, work ethic) - she has none of these. She is surly. Appears unkept. Her judgments get "Petitioner" and "Respondent" mixed up - and when attorneys try to correct her, she cops an attitude and it gets worse. She pre-judges cases. I sincerely hope she is not recommended for retention.

This Magistrate allows her personal prejudices to direct her rulings,which in turn produces devastating results for children and the parents working to protect those children.

Unfortunately, she is now a judge with her own agenda. She does not listen to evidence, rules without paying attention to testimony, has trouble controlling her temper, threatens parties in court, has a chip on her shoulder from the start and puts children in danger as she has zero experience dealing with parents with drug addiction (which was made obvious in her ruling). She is sloppy, biased, inattentive, and has a God complex. She is a disgrace to the judicial process and children are ultimately paying the price.

I can only agree with the other post. Linda, is willing to do anything that will protect the DHS Supervisors and caseworkers, at the expense of children. Linda has shown that she is willing to advise DHS to take actions that place DHS in non-compliance to the terms of federal grants. Linda is willing to act in collusion with DHS Supervisors to advance fabricated evidence in a child abuse case. Linda has also tampered with the gathering of evidence in child abuse cases, by improper operaton of the recording equipment at Citizen Review Panels. As Linda has shown that the truth in a child abuse case is not her main goal, it is hard understand how she has gained the support of the Larimer County Board of Commissioners. As the fabricated evidence would only require Linda to make one phone call for about five minutes to get to the truth, and she has refused to do this since August 31, 2009, I have to say that the truth is not something that Linda places much value on in a child abuse case.

As a family law attorney for local human services department, this attorney sanctions unwarranted removals of children, parents coerced into "cooperating"; set up for failure. Termination of parental rights often results. Destruction of families, violation of constitutional and civil rights; all done viciously. Runs agency like a mafia.
