I was referred to Boze, by an attorney that was handling a related adverse possession case. The attorney didn’t disclose a conflict of interest. Boze sued the conflicted defendant
I sent Boze, emails that expressed my concerns. I tell him that I fired the attorney due to a CONFLICT. He dismissed me, telling me that I needed to re-hire the attorney. I did which allowed him to do more harm. I fired him when he failed to tell me when my damages were due to the courts.
I turned over the case to Boze. When I fired the attorney & picked up the file Boze told me what he had done to the case. Boze failed to listen to me.
I disagreed with the legal charges Boze told me I owed after not billing me for months, then he falsely accused of trying not to pay him. When I called to discuss the fees he cursed me out.
I disagreed with the fees because he failed to bill monthly after I requested in writing to do so.
Things should have been done but weren't with a bad outcom
