Let this be your warning. Ronne Kaplan represented me for 6weeks, and I was on an emotional roller coaster the entire time. She took a situation where my spouse had used me and become emotionally abusive and exasperated the situation! She very quickly ran up a $10k bill, and accomplished nothing! She made me feel as if I had no control of the situation, AND she discouraged me from attending a hearing, which could have turned the tables in my favor. The hearing could have involved child support, custody, and my husband assisting with my legal fees- my new atty informed me.They discouraged me from attending, stating it would run up my legal bill, and take an entire day in court. She and her paralegal advised me to open another credit card to cover my legal fees. This attorney takes her clients for everything they have, and when you refuse to go along with her plan, she drops you! Also, she encouraged me to see her therapist and a career counselor, only to pad their pockets too! StayCLEAR

Ms. Kaplan quickly took me for $20,000 without doing anything. She never answers questions or emails and she didn't fight for me one bit. She continued to let my Narcissistic soon-to-be-ex and his attorney run the show and run up the bills in the process. She refuses to return emails so she can call you and tell you stories to run up the bill, all while neglecting your needs. She had the nerve to tell me I wanted the divorce - what did she want me to do? - stay with a verbally and emotionally abusive Narcisisstic Sex-Addict who lies, cheats and steals?!?!?! The GA Bar should dis-bar her immediately, along with the many other so-called lawyers who just run up the bills. Where have the morals and values gone in this country!
