It is my opinion that Mr. Luna does not do his job. He promises to build a good defense, but in essence, he does no more than he absoluteky has to do. He waited until the veery en of our trial to tell us that he was not going to call anyone for defense. He sat back and allowed the prosecution to build a case aggainst my husband. Many times he should have objected, but he did not. If anyone ends up with Mr. Luna as a public defender, their bet bet is to replace him ASAP.
