Custody, negotiations, Forcing compliance with an order. I have used Doug on multiple deals over the last decade. All of them ended favorably and his fees were usually on the lower side of what was estimated.

Doug Warlick is a SCHMUCK! Look at his own divorce case file from his ex wife and see how he dragged her through the mud. THEN, filed for custody of the child, after the kid had been with his mother for years. Warlick is already under the microscope for gouging a client $252k for a divorce. RUN AWAY from this guy. He is all about himself.

He never went to court, his associate did. He charged fees with out showing what they were for. When I filled a petition to vacate him, he did not recognize me in court. He was real assuring when I handed him my $5000 retainer in October but that was gone by December according to him. Be very careful if choosing him for anything.

Poor Preparation and Zero Execution. Doug Warlick was absolutely useless in my divorce. He had no clue as to what was going on in court every time I met him there. He claimed to know the judge on a personal level but every time we went to court the judge ruled the opposite of what Doug was trying to do. He had no idea about the facts of my case when it was finally presented to the judge. And as soon as my funds were running low he asked the court to excuse him from being my attorney. He bills himself as having "Experience with Integrity". Integrity?? We think not. I have never posted reviews but Doug did such a terrible job that I felt responsible to warn others: Do NOT hire this guy as your lawyer.
