They take your money only to make deals with the state to get you to plea out on something regardless of how much you may feel you're in the right. Attorneys show up late when you're obligated to be there early. Your life and lively hood does not matter much to them, but it should to you.

I am a keen observer of the criminal defense bar in general and I can say without qualification or reservation Don Ramsell is at the top of the criminal defense mountain. His peers are merely jealous of his success. When the heat is on, go with DON!

took my money, made the quickest deal he could, didn't attempt to plea bargain- my last dui was 23yrs and 25yrs ago, and he was ok with a felony conviction for me! Ruined my prospects for work in my field. In my opinion he is interested only in a quick buck. Avoid this guy!

Provided false promises of win up until $2500 was received. The next court case after he told me to plead guilty. To be honest I would suggest a public defender over him. He had 2 other lawyers working for him who were terrible as well but I can't remember there names or check his website because they no longer work there. The lawyers all took turns representing me which was confusing as I never knew who I was looking for before entering the court. On the days Ramsell represented me he was cocky and arrogant and careless. He has a tacky corvette with vanity plates with a "dui" related slogan on them, so that shows you he's all about the money. I dont think Ramsell could find his ass with both hands. He'll say he used to work as a states attorney,but guess what? ALL LAWYERS DID! Complete scam artist. If you wanna lose a dui case I suggest going with this guy (and I didnt take a breathalyzer and I wasnt pulled over, I was parked). What a waste of money and my integrity.
