I was told his firm was good and run by an ex-San Jose cop. They are awful! Mr. Wingerden did absolutely nothing for me and my case accept screw it up!!! He met with the DA with conducting an investigation after saying he would. It cost me dearly. He failed to show up in court for me. I had to call him at his office to show up. Don’t ever use this guy. He will not represent you or your best interest. He failed to do basic duties of a defense attorney. I fired him and got a real attorney to help undo his blunders!
