THEY ARE THE GREATEST SUPER EASY I DIDNT HAVE TO DO MUCH BUT PAY MY FEES IN THE END LIK THEY REQUESTED ME TO DO SO WHICH I WAS AWARE OF BEFORE HAND! NOT SURE WHY EVERYONE IS SO BITTER

In June of 2015 I hired Jack (whose real name is John) to represent me on a traffic violation. He notified the courts of his representation and never showed. I have contacted him several times for my money since I had a warrant that I didnt know about (because he didnt show and I didnt know I was supposed to...)
Since then I have tried to contact him multiple times but he hides behind his answering service. Never returns anything but negative reviews...
Take a look at his reviews, he doesnt take ownership for the attrocious service, he blames everyone but himself. After speaking to multiple staff, and even his father Jack F Byno, who admitted that his son uses his name for the law firm because John Byno has such a poor reputation.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY. HANDLE THE TICKET YOURSELF. ANYTHING BUT HIRE JACK OR IS IT JOHN BYNO

He did nothing that I could not have done for myself and charged me $75.00. Such a waste!

I never hired a lawyer for a traffic ticket before, but I thought I would try it. I called Jack Byno's office and the girl on the phone told me that the lawyer will try and keep the ticket off of my record and save me some money. I was nervous about hiring a lawyer, but I did it anyway. A couple of months later, I got a letter in the mail telling me my traffic ticket was dismissed. perfect Outcome!

This lawyer is TERRIBLE!!! his staff lacks the ability to communicate what they can and cannot do for their customers. They are a HUGE SCAM! I spent $150 on them and they got nothing solved. I still had to pay the ticket which is what I could have done in the beginning. Before taking people's money they should make it very clear that not all tickets may be dismissed that way people know what they are getting into before just dropping cash into their laps. I will do a better job researching next time and if I ever get the chance I will let everyone know how terrible this place is! I give this place such a bad rating simply because of the lack of communication to the customers, as a person who spends a lot of time on the phone on my job I understand how important it is to communicate effectively to customers and make them aware of what they are getting into before just giving money so quickly. Jack Byno and his associates did NOT do that and NEVER again will I use or recommend them!

I retained this attorney in a traffic matter in Irving Texas.About two weeks after hiring him and paying the $75 attorney fees, I got a letter from them telling me to pay the original amount of the ticket and no explanation about what they had done. When I called, they simply read me the letter over the telephone.Clearly i will do my research and tell everyone what horrible service I received every chance I get.

PATD $75.00,EXPECTED REPENTATION-GOT 90DAY PROBATION AND STILL HAVE TO PAY $232.50, ORIINAL TICKET WOULD HAVE COST $250.10. WHEN I CALLED THEIR OFFICE I WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST $500.00 I COULD HAVE GOT DEFRRED AJUDACATION MYSELF. RIP OFF KNOWLEDGE-GOOD BECAUSE THEY AE GOOD AT WHTTHEY DO.THE RET SPEAK FOR THEIRSELF.

DO NOT USE - WORTHLESS!!! Handle is my ARSE, didn't do anything I could have done by showing up at court and talking to the judge ( would have been cheaper). DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO BE AN IDIOT!!!

A real slime ball. quoted $75 and he will take care of everything. I would still have to pay Benbrook but I expected the costs to be less than $150. I got a bill for $243 from Benbrook (in addition to lawyers fee). If I had done traffic school it would have cost $107 to Benbrook + $25 for traffic school. Had I done nothing, the fine would have been $213.When I called to discuss why I got screwed from Benbrook, the secretary hung up on me!
