terrible terrible terrible! stay away!!! more concerned with fees then preparing for the case! can call office for weeks every day and not get a call back! didnt even fight in court, left issues unresolved and didnt even respond when judge said things that were an issue wernt! lies!lies!lies!

Child custody case surprisingly won for me, the father, but many loose ends not tied up resulting in overturn on appeal and additional $25,000 cost to me. No documentation of his very large fees.

My brothers divorce that dragged on for 8 years was handled Professionally, Ethically and as fast as things could be handled. The length of time was due to the wife dragging it out and creating new issues whenever she could. Mr Mocler cares about his clients and has been known to handle things at the last minute with impeccable efficiency. He is now handling my divorce and I have to say that he is one of the few that you can actually speak to when you have a question. Thank you sir for doing a great job.

Dewey gave the wrong advice - found this out after spedning thousands of dollars and moving to a new lawyer. He was totally unprepared for court - cancelled three court dates and would not return my phone calls. BEWARE of Dewey
