DO NOT EVER use this attorney. I hired him a couple years back to handle my work comp claim and he worked for the insurance company, and not me. The doctor told me to stay home and not to report to work, he calls me and tells me to go to another doctor, and to report to work. When I fired him, he attempted to put lien on case. He will not help you. He takes payments from Insurance on the side to hurry to get case settled. Do not use him.
