Timothy Kingcade is rude, arrogant and a snake! I went with my wife to file a bankruptcy and at first he was nice and understanding, which made us feel comfortable to hire him. But once he receive our money, soon after he turned in to a prick! He was rude in the way he spoke to us and just didn't care anymore what we were g oing through. I would never recommend this greedy monster to anyone. Terrible terrible terrible experience...

Kingcade was very professional and did not mislead me in any way whatsoever, which is rare in attorneys. All things occurred as I was told they would and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything that was required of me was straight forward and I had no surprises. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Excellent staff. Very quick. kept records up to date so good, by time i got to the 341 meeting, everything was already submitted and the meeting went without a hitch. EXCELLENT!

After visiting a previous law firm and later finding out I got all the wrong answers, a friend referred me to Timothy Kingcade, who he felt was the best Bankruptcy attorney in South Florida. During my initial consultation, he gave me the advice of an experienced attorney handling Bankruptcy. His office has exceptional control handling correspondence and answering all of my questions throughout the length of my case. They always responded to my emails in a timely manner- even on a Sunday night at 9PM. - by Timothy Kingcade himself! Timothy Kingcade gave me the best service an attorney can provide a client.

I spoke to 5 other attorneys before choosing Mr. Kingcade, he was by far the most professional and informed. In addition to being an attorney he is an accountant. His staff and office are top shelf. Both his and the staff's response time to emails is incredibly fast. Appointments made are handled punctually. He was the ONLY attorney that said " I will not take your money if I cannot help you". I have other friends that have been and are faced with this situation, they faced uncertainty throughout the process. I had a guiding light, I was constantly aware of my progress and knew what to expect. I was not herded like cattle but was treated with respect. I did not first sit with a secretary or paralegal, I sat with Mr. Kingcade himself! I am a professional and was treated very professionally. I have read the other ratings and it seems quite clear by reading them the difference in the level of those who were pleased as opposed to those who were not. Speak to him for yourself and decide.

Mr. Kingcade was extremely knowledgeable, accessible(I was able to directly email him any time I had any questions or issues), compassionate, helpful and caring. He helped turn a depressing and seemingly hopeless situation around. When I first entered his office I was nervous and ashamed, but he immediately made me feel comfortable. He explained everything in great depth, and everything happened exactly as he described. Not only was he great; his staff are also well learned, helpful, and friendly. I can't thank them all enough for the hard work, and peace of mind that they gave me.

I wanted to take a moment and thank each one of you at Kingcade & Garcia, P.A. for all your assistance in my Bankruptcy case. On September 29, President Johnson said, "An error does not have to become a mistake unless one is not willing to correct it." Timothy Kingcade's and his staff are excellent. Don't believe any of the bad reviews, those people are just bitter about their situation and taking it out on their lawyer.

This attorney doen't even see you on the first time visit.His TV commercial real pictures him so different. I was on time for my appointment and they made me wait for 1 1/2 hours waste of time.

Terrible Customer Service.All his employees are miserable! Gets the job done but if you can get someone else, do it! His marketing is his success. Otherwise, he would be in the same situation as his clients. Terrible communication skills and pushes his way around with everybody. He preys on Spanish people with his "Garcia" partner (that no one gets to see or talk to). Great businessman and all the spanish people are helping to pay for his lavish million dollar home on Miami Beach
