Rose was a nightmare to work with. When an attorney is meant to be an advocate for you Rose is actually a detriment to you, your case, and your bank account. She takes retainers like candy and leaves you high and dry with minimal or, in my case, counterproductive representation. She should be investigated. Total rip off.

I am still angry at Rose. She did not advocate on my behalf at all. She completely forgot a years worth of alimony that the judge ordered for me and at the end when I was questioning her that I felt she had forgotten something she yelled at me. She did not advocate for me even though I had exhaustively written things out for her because I knew I was going to be a mess and I was and she didn't look at anything I had written down. UGH UGH UGH.

Rose has been my lawyer for about 2 years now, she has represented me exactly the way I've wanted and needed her to, she is there to get down to the nitty-gritty not to coddle you so if that's what you're looking for she's not for you, she's tough and to the point she's straight forward which is what you need for a tough case! She has not only been exactly what I've needed but she has taught me a lot! I 100% recommend her

Worst attorney!!! I had a consultation with Rose. First off she was 25 min late to the appointment, and did not apologize. During the consultation I did NOT feel like she was on my side at all. She was very cold. Secondly after my consultation I called to ask a question and her receptionist told me that because I was questioning what her advice was, then I should go get a new attorney. The second time I called, her receptionist hung up on me. I seriously called back crying wanting an explanation and left a message. No one called me back. STEAR CLEAR from ROSE BLAKELOK!!!! I used Randy Kester instead for my divorce and he was great!!!

Terrible lawyer - she give the impression that she is tough but the only person that this she is tough with is the client. She represented me through a year long divorcee, met with me only twice, would never respond to calls. Told me that bringing up domestic violence made me look weak and petty. Don't ever trust yourself to this woman! But if she is opposing counsel you are in luck!

Made up lies about case and never was able to produce one shred of evidence. Now I have my daughters after battling this so called lawyer for 4 years. She lied about wife having residency in 2 different counties and tried to start case knowing full well that I would not be there a 9 a.m when flying in from another state after she gave me notice of case that would be heard in 12 hours. Lucky the judge knew something was up and delayed it and soon as I walked in she dropped her case from Salt Lake County and took it up in Provo.

Terrible!! A year into the case and she was reading the pleadings for the first time, 30 minutes before the trial. She had them for more than a year. Then when it looks like the case is going to been work for her (actually go to trial) she hands it off to her Jr Partner who was even less informed than her. I wouldn't let these two write up my will let alone handle any real contracts and legal matters. I got screwed. My new lawyer finished the job and ended all litigation in 3 months for 5k. Rose had 18 months and over 10K and just made it worse.
