We hired Terry on Aug 24/06. WE have absolutly no communication with him. The only way we communicate is threw his secretary. We have talked with him a few times. In 2007 about Oct. Nov. He had herd from one of my husbands nieces stating that he had written the letters wrong that he had named their father as their grandmothers brother when he is her son not brother. We did not know this untill we phoned him to find out what was happening with the file which was about five months later. Than he admited that he was wrong. So he had to send out some more letters. He recieved all the letters back except one. We didn't know until acouple of months later When I phoned again on Oct.1 that's when he told me Don had too come down to get Robbie to sighn the letter. It took us 2 days to get him to sign the letter he could of done the same if he had the right address we got all the addresses for him. Then he told me I will be charging you for this. I said what for we did most of the work
