Michelle is an incredibly understanding person and she is non-judgmental in listening to your needs for the case. She is also detail oriented and thorough, making sure that she has all the information to fight fiercely for you. I am very appreciative of her and am thrilled that I made the decision to hire her for my representation. She is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the courtroom which helps to make the anxiety that can come with fighting in court almost non-existent. I highly recommend her for any legal needs.

Terrible lawyer. I had to send repeated emails because there was no action and she charged me for her lack of action. She is a crook!!! Do not hire her!

DO NOT HIRE HER!!!!
She's a scam artist, she stole my money, did 0 work. It took me two months to get my money back from her, and that's only after I filed and paid for a grievance claim through bar association. After months and countless calls and texts of me trying to get her to do anything, she then said "she didn't feel like it" and wouldn't give money back, I had to go above her just to get it back. There is so many others that claim the same issue! Just search her name, you'll find over 20 others she stole from, check BBB, and other reviews. She's horrible. The fact that she is able to still keep her licence after being a known scam artist is crazy. BEWARE!!

Extremely hard to reach on the phone and would constantly cancel appointments even 5 minutes before we are to meet. Would charge me for time that she shouldn't have such as showing up late to court because she had another case on a different floor (at least that's what she claimed) but would charge me the time that she wasn't even there. Claimed that I didn't pay her and forced to me to meet her at her office to show proof and after I proved it. ...she then charged me for that time. She even met with another client while representing me in court and held my case up because nobody could find her and charged me for that 45 mins that everyone had to wait on her. Too many issues that have happened to even write down, I'm only allowed 1,000 characrers. If you want a lawyer who only wants your money and to do the least amount and even risk your case over it then hire her. If you want a good lawyer who will fight for you and look out for your best interest, then look somewhere else.

I scheduled 3 meetings with Ms Cimino. She was late for the second meeting, I had to call her to come in and she didnt show up for the 3rd, no response at all until well after the time. Didnt want to show up for court after I had given her $1400 to do so. She said she was working on my case and after 3 weeks had nothing to show for it besides excuses why it wasnt done. So I fired her. She sent me back $500 and change telling me she earned the rest which is a load of crap, you only earn something when you do something your paid for. She did nothing, it even took her 3 weeks to return my things. Save your money, get someone else.

I wish I would have seen all these negative responses before she took my money and did almost O work I had done more work on this than she. I think her alcohol problem needs to be addressed as it seems to definitely affect her work and judgement.

She was hired to help me in my custody case. She was hard to contact. She tired to charged me for services that were never rendered. She conspired with the other lawyers and his client to deceived me. She is a horrible lawyer that doesn't have her clients best interest at heart. The only time she contacts you is to hound you for money that she doesn't deserves. Horrible lawyer. Don't hire her

Michelle Cimino was very unprofessional in my divorce...hard to contact...didn't return my calls and emails sufficiently and was very rude and went behind my back to my husband's lawyer and did not represent me to the best of her ability.I ended up firing her in the middle of my divorce and she was very mean and bitter and tried to charge me for services never rendered!!! Don't hire her!

Was hired for non-contested divorce. Took over a year to file paperwork, because she "forgot." Once she cashed my check, she stopped responding to emails, phone calls, text messages. She even broke confindentality. Do not recommend to anyone. Working with her is much more of a hassel than its worth. Slightly cheaper, but I wish I went with someone else so I did not have to wait a year and a half for my divorce to be finalized. She added so much more stress than needed.

Communication after paying retainer was terrible. Took forever to respond to emails and phone calls. Was a simple uncontested divorce. Process server was sent to wrong address. Cheaper fee but should have just filed myself or paid the extra for less stress.

Doesn't respond to phone calls or emails after being retained. If you want results in a timely matter, if at all I suggest going with someone more professional.
