Ms. Phillips took two weeks to draft an MDA after our agreement was reached. In drafting the MDA, she did not have my wife's name or my children's names correct. The case number was wrong. Once SHE received the okay from my wife's lawyer, it took her another 17 days to let me know it was ready to be signed. Then it took her another 21 days to send it to my wife's lawyer so my wife could sign it. Then, as it turns out, she didn't prepare a document that is required for the divorce to even be filed with the court system. Now it's been over two months since my wife and I reached an agreement, and my divorce still can't be filed because Ms. Phillips continues to delay.
