He was not upfront and honest with us from day one. He had us attending court hearings and he himself was attending court hearings that had nothing to do with us (his client) at all. They were regaurding the CHILD WELFARE CASE against the mother, not even our custody case, which was what he was hired for.In court he was very unprepared and unprofessional. Mumbling and fumbling threw paperwork, unable to explain to us documents given to us by the mother's lawyer. He was very neglectful when it came to returning phone calls and updated us with up coming hearings. Over all I feel that he gave our case minimal attention because we live out of state.He openly discussed other peoples cases with us , which leads me to wonder about the confidental state of our case.Overall hiring him was the worst choice we made,leading to us loosing our case. We couldnt have done worse representing ourselves. I would not refer anybody to this lawyer that is looking for quality representation.
