Mechelle files motion after motion whether or not the argument makes sense: She gets her money regardless of whether or not I prevail. Her writing is very unprofessional as she peppers irrelevant, personal smears into her briefs (which rarely are). She charms her male clients and has told me (and others, apparently) that we are attractive. (!) She has a tactic of deliberately misreading the Temporary Orders--not only in my case but I've seen this in at least one other rating of hers. Other Denver attorneys have taken note of her unprofessional submissions to the Court. She was chastened from the judge in my case who questioned her ethics. She's only about making money for herself, so when she file huge missives of Motions that lack basis she doesn't care. She gets money regardless. Others should wisen to her ways.
