He make you feel like he cares and is knowledgeable. When you ask a question he starts talking about something else and never answers the question. He is very rude and when you question why he is doing something gets very hostile. He talks down to women, just very unprofessional. He ended up costing us so much money, then wasn't necessary. He never did what we asked, he would just make up stuff. He would say he'd be out of town all the time to rush us, but somehow end calling us from his office. He sent us multiple times one time stating we need a reality check etc, also hung up on us multiple times. Overall, he and his secretary are rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, unknowledgable. His office is 1980s, and now we know why his office was never busy and why he seemed so willing to help us in the beginning he has no business. Some people say he's cheap, when you have something quick and simple but you really get what you pay for. Garbage!!
