If you are hurt in an accident you must see this guy. He is a great trial lawyer. He represented a 70 year old man who was hurt while working on a garbage truck. The offer before trial was peanuts. The jury awarded the plaintiff 1.3 million dollars. I know that he has gotten other big verdicts and really large settlements. Other lawyers told me that my case wasn't worth their getting involved in, Attorney Naizby helped me get a settlement of 34,000.
