If you unfortunately decide to go with this attorney. Please beware and make sure you do the following.
Keep an eye on the billing and make sure you follow up with what you ask her to do. You will have to stay constantly on top of her if not she will not do it. Make sure you get ccd in all emails as she will tell you the opposite of what the opposing attorney says. If I could choose 0 stars I would have. Just be aware, and make sure you stay on top of her if not all she will do is delay and keep billing.
If you could deal with all of the above then I guess she might be for you.

Took my money. Promised me the world. Prolonged my case for the money. Threatened to drop me if i didnt pay. She got me nothing out of my divorce i lost 250 thousand dollars and she got me nothing. Shes all about money very insensitive unhelpful. Favored against me told opposing council i have to pay my ex. Horrible. Do not use

She was the best! She fought hard for the best deal for me and my children. My Ex and his attorney were a horror through it all. Diane held her position and slam dunked them at trial. It was an expensive process but in the end myself and my child got what we needed to be secure. The only thing I would say is that I was uncomfortable with her associate. She is very young and not up to speed.

Robbed me blind. Did nothing to further my divorce process. Dropped me as a client when my ex wouldn't pay her bills and I was unable too. Them wouldn't release my records to a new attorney. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
