Judith Birchall is an excellant family /divorce lawyer. Judith isn't cheap, but she is worth every penny. I recommend her highly.

cant say anything nice about an OCL who could leave a 12 year old boy unrepresented when falsely accuse of sexual assault.she operates on bias information and i would not recommend her if your life depended on it. she has 5 bad reviews and this one makes six, so be smart and take that into consideration when looking for an ocl to represent your children. she not a good lawyer at all and need to have her licence to practice taken away in the best interest of children everywhere.

What a horrible garbage lawyer. She is useless and doesn't even know how to put a judges name on a document. I would not retain this lawyer. She thinks that she makes the laws and everyone must abide her. She's a miserable old woman.

Mrs birchall/tilson is a horrible lawyer and now resides as a judge at the orangeville court house which I am positive she only got that seat as her husband is David tilson and he is a big political figure in the town. She rides on her husbands name to get what she wants in this town and should not be allowed. She does not follow procedures at all and has very little knowledge while pretending to in the judges chair. She sides with who she likes or knows and belittles and talks down to anyone she wants to regardless of the facts and reasoning (she does not even look at). She does what she wants cause she thinks she has power over people and does not follow the law as she should. I would not use her for any law, recommend her to anyone who needs assistance and I do not know how she is not banned from the law society and how she is still in a seat as a judge. Oh that would be because of her husband, corrupt town of orangeville allowing this.

Do not waste your time or money on this lawyer, office and she are highly disorganized, spending too much time being a wife of politician than on her practice, dishonest refused to provide any financial documents for her client which were critical to the division of property advised and assisted her client in concealing her true financial statements my lawyer caught her slopiness when she failed to put all the necessary things in the application not an ethical bone in her body MOTIVATED only by money and get even tactics not a fair player thinks she is the hottest lawyer in town our lawyer made a fool out of her in orangeville court she makes back room deals with all the lawyers she is pals with so get a lawyer from toronto or mississauga who is not friends with birchall she nows sits as judge on small claims court in brampton a good lawyer from gta will chew her up because she is so ill prepared, and dishonest

I would Never recommend Ms.Birchall to anybody. She didn't know my case at all. Very rarely would she return emails or phone calls and billed me every month. For what?...I don't know? She didn't even know my name 2 years in to being my lawyer. She actually threw me under the bus in front of one judge putting me in the same category as my ex. She wouldnt talk to me or deal with me unless my account was paid up and a new retainer given. She is cold and money hungry. I honestly don't know how this women has not been disbarred yet. Totally not worth what she seems to think she is worth. Her assitants are useless and make terrible mistakes that should not be made for the amount of money she charges. Very disheartening. Will never recommend her firm.

Completely ethical, competent, knowledgeable, and professional. Employed superior strategy. Was willing to cooperate and communicate with opposition, but when forced to do so, was aggressive during motions and at trial. Will not violate ethical practices. Able to provide sound guidance, even when that is not pleasant, while still demonstrating compassion. Appeared highly respected by all court staff. Runs an efficient office with very supportive and knowledgeable staff. Won my long, complex divorce proceeding, to include 13 day trial.

She just wants to dress up and play lawyer - basically rides on her husband's coat tails - not one bit of interest in those she represents - incompetent and does not know the law - all of these complainers should ban together - I understand she wants to be a judge

I fired her. I was filing for divorce and went to court and with her help, she made me lose my house to the bank. My ex quit paying me so my son and I lost the house to the bank before we could sell it. She had no clue what to do. She loves to dress up and think she's pretty.

I had hired Judith Birchall to file papers to prevent my children, Morgan and Lily Shellen , from being taken out of the country. She apparently filed in the wrong city or jurisdiction and my children were taken to France, my life, my career essentially over and unknowingly i went to my M.P.David Tilson to complain and he outright warned me to be careful as this was his wife.My children were never returned and later the same year I recieved harassment , death threats and what is now commonly referred to as Targeting. Why?? I just loved my children and after my son complained about being threatened to be hurt if he talked to me about what mommy was doing I Lost everything. Makes sense??
