My son used him as a public defender but Moscowitz wanted money from me. I told him he was getting nothing from me because my son qualified for a public defender. Moscowitz threw my son under the bus and he was tried as an adult and went to jail at the age of 17 for a non violet offence. Also Moscowitz knew we were talking to another lawyer to take over the case and we wanted the court proceedings to be delayed, but he made a deal with the prosecution and my son went to jail.
