I have known and used used John Mac Hayes for over 20 years. He has great attention to detail and is very professionalism in addressing your case and concerns. John is well thought of by his pears as well as the different proscuter's in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. I have recommended John to many of my friends and family and he has always performed at the highest level.

John Mac Hayes has got to be one of the worst defense attorney's that I have ever spoken to. Or witnessed that is still practicing law. He has no abilities to represent his clients based of the fact that he doent even remember or acknowledge any facts discussed about the cases that he has been hired for. Nor does he show thbasic intellect to be able to present or argue facts in a courtroom forum. He does not account for any of his time spent in handling his cases. And is not able to answer any phone calls or questions asked. He only wants you to pay him an unknown amount of money. And cant account what the money is even for. The IRS needs to lpok deeply into his financials. As a vast amount is being spent at the local horse tracks. Also the ethics committee needs to look into positive reviews being manufactured and posted by his personal relatives. Talking about how upstanding a person he is. He is nothing but a thief and a con man. And not a very good one either.

I'm not sure those negative reviews were talking about the same John Mac Hayes, who's my attorney. I've been w/JMH for more than a year. He takes a deep, personal interest in my case, in me, and in how I'm feeling about everything.He's tenacious, latching onto the smallest piece of information and using it to my advantage. He's realistic in his expectations and never creates grandiose, but false, hopes. I don't think I could have chosen better representation.

So far John Mac Hayes has been the worst lawyer I've every met. Communication is the worst!! His work ethic is sorely lacking and his knowledge of the law is outdated. Not to mention, he doesn't even remember me when I call and he's been on my case since Dec. 7th 2011. It is 2014 and he doesn't know me? I'm writing a book about his performance on my case. Will keep you posted.

I hired this lawyer while I was pregnant to handle a traffic ticket. I lived in Dallas so I needed someone in Oklahoma. I paid this man all the fees he asked for 250 for serves and then 500 in court and fine fees (stated that it might not take all that). He tells me that I have to appear in front of the judge that they wouldn't remove the failure to appear. 2 weeks after my sin was born I take the drive to Lawton. Only to be told I still have a warrant and I'm going to be placed under arrest. Prior to the visit of Lawton my attorney John Mac Hayes tells me he lifted the warrant and my name was clear. He was supposed to show to court with me nd he never did. So I ended up paying another amount of 600 to clear my name in court but never received back the money I gave John Mac Hayes. Do not hire this lawyer he will ignore your calls and steal your money.
