I retained this atty in Nov. 2015, made 2 payments of $90.00 ea., I didn't get all my info. to him until April 2016, he stated it would take no more than 3 days, I called weekly but he was always busy on another case, each week I was told he'll get to it, after waiting 2 months, I now have to retain another atty and start over, very dissatisfied and disappointed, nothing for my money! Everything I stated is 100% true!

he handle my divorce i got everything i asked for in a timely matter his office commnicated with me well any phone calls i made were answer within 24 hours

Hired him in July 10 for Chapt 13, was told could file in a week.Called office every week for update was always told Mitch was working on case. Nov 10 still no filling. Consulted with another atty, got all info back for Machan's office, they refused a refund of my retainer, no work was done on their part. If you in a poor financial status like the majority of us, please do not waste your money on this attorney...You'll only talk to the secretary- he's always busy.

Mr. Machan was hired by my mother to execute her will and estate upon her death. She died in 2006 and Mr. Machan refuses to respond to me and the bank that owns her vehicle to transfer title. Bank is now threatening to repossess due to his lack of service. He's been paid over $2000 for an estate worth less than $50K. The bank reports that he has "blown us off since June". He never returns phone calls or responds to letters. He's a bad, bad man.
