I am so disappointed with Richard Glascow's service and what I feel is lack of professionalism. I feel he only took my money and gave me lip service. We went to a hearing, it was referred to arbitration, then I feel like he dropped my case and communication with me. I will never recommend him to anyone as a dog walker, much less as an attorney.

I explained my case over and over to him, but it was like he has early stages of alzheimers, as he continually forgot all relevant facts about my case. Everything I told him had to be reiterated time and time again. He forgot to file vital motions. He forgot to plead the basic tenets of my case because he didn't take any notes and was completely unprepared. I felt like he was having a nervous breakdown the whole time we were in court. Devastating for me and my family.

I fel I know more than him jus by browsing the web. He has very bad communication with myself dosent return calls. I have told him three time to just set us a court date he said he would with in ten business days. It has been two months since then and I've heard nothing. He sent my offer in wrong by $20,000. There is alot more but I think this proves the points.
