Click to report rating    4/6/15   1     1     1     1     1   This attorney does not have a regular office, does not respond to phone calls and does not seem to care about the children she is supposed to represent. RID: 152624
Click to report rating    2/22/13   1     1     1     1     1   Marion ann adams is married to Scott Tinsley he is a stand in judge for the juvinille courts when Judge jones is not present. Marion Ann Adams was supposed to represent children's best interest. This attorney personally spoke to these children three times over a two year period, however she received thousands of tax payer monies to represent these children who she saw for less than 2 hours in two years. A 13 year old girl wrote a letter to her mother begging to see her mother. This attorney refused to allow the mother to read the letter until 3 months later. This attorney refused this child her rights to recieve letters from her mother for 6 months. How is it legal for an attorney to get paid monies and the amount be based upon the years she has a case. Wouldnt it be logical to say if that attorney allowed that child to go back to her mother that attorney would essentially be firing herself. Apparently it is in the attorneys best interest (financally) to keep that child from its mother RID: 102735
