It took a year and a half to get him to finish my bankruptcy, and actually, I had to clean up his mess and finish it myself. He filed an expired class certificate after I had given him an updated page, and my discharge was denied. He forgot to file my predischarge certificate and I was almost denied again. He put off filing for 6 months and it cost me $10,000 in an inheritance that I had to turn over to the trustee because it would have been fraud to keep it. He's the one that told me I could keep it. He needs to be stopped.
