Is not honest- regularly makes false and misleading statements. Fails to communicate with opposing party in a timely manner. Often makes false and/or slanderous statements to the judge about past court decisions, orders, motions, and agreements. Makes deceitful and false statements in legal documents. Draws outrageous (and inaccurate) conclusions without any evidence. Encourages his clients to break the law (such as assisting and/or aiding clients with IRS/tax evasion, larceny, perjury, falsified financial affidavits).
